Cancellation, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

At Vagabode, we are committed to ensuring the best shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item under the following conditions:

  1. Return Period: You have 4 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.
  2. Pre-Inspection: Please record clear pictures and videos of the package before opening and checking it, ensuring proper lighting to highlight any visible damages. This documentation will help verify and thereafter expedite your return process.
  3. Conditions for Returns:
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. Any damages unintentionally done at your end while unpacking or shipping back will not be eligible for a return.
    • The item should be returned in its original packaging, with all tags, instructions, and accessories intact. In case of freebies with the products, those need to be returned with the original product.
    • Returns will not be accepted if the customer has failed to follow the aftercare instructions as provided on the packaging, tags, or product details listed on our website.
    • Return shipping price would have to be borne by the customer.
    • In case of any difference of opinion over the colour of the products, please be mindful that the digital images from those of the actual products may have a slight variation--no return requests would be entertained in such cases.
    • We follow standard Indian size charts for our products which are clearly mentioned in the product description and dimension sections. Kindly adhere to those when placing an order, any miscalculation in such regards will not be eligible for a return/refund.
  4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items specific to our brand may be marked as non-returnable. This will be clearly mentioned in the product description or those that are regarded as freebies. Any free items, promotional goods, or gifts cannot be returned in exchange for cash, store credits, or replacements.

Before sending any items back, customers must fill out the Return Request Form. Once your return is approved and deemed eligible, we will provide instructions for sending the item to our office/warehouse.

Please note: We reserve the right to reject returns if we believe the product has been used, washed, or soiled after delivery.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We DO NOT provide REFUNDS in cash or source/original payment method.

All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 4 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product (excluding shipping cost and taxes) will be credited to the coupon code which can be then utilised over the next three months for a fresh purchase.

Please note that the credit coupon can be used to make any fresh purchase on discounted or new items BUT is limited to the same value. Any clubbing of discounts on top of the credit coupon value would apply only till the coupon code is live on-site. Shipping charges, taxes, and delivery timelines remain as is for all new/exchange orders.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

  1. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation will not be possible, but you may initiate a return once the item is delivered.
  2. Non-Cancellable Items: Specific items marked as non-cancellable or personalized products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
